Instructions for Returning a CD You Just Don’t Want
If for any reason you want to send a CD you purchased from us back to us, you must do so as follows:

1. We must receive back at the address listed below the CD you purchased form us within 30 days of the delivery date of that CD to the address you provided to us. If you do so, we will promptly refund the entire purchase price of the CD. Said purchase price does not include the original shipping and handling charges to mail the CD to you.
2. To receive your refund, we must receive back the original, undamaged CD. You can mail it to us via any carrier you choose, but we recommend you mail it with delivery confirmation so you have proof of delivery if required to receive your refund. Again, we must receive the CD within 30 days as noted in (1) above.

Instructions for Returning a Damaged CD
If you received a damaged CD, e-mail or call us as posted below, and we will instruct you how to return the damaged CD to us. Once we receive the damaged CD, we’ll send you out another.
